Molecular Kitchen

Molecular Kitchen workshops are created for Kids who want to explore surprising laboratory techniques with edible components. Together we will create caviar from algae, create instant ice cream and purify DNA from fruits.

 

Our hands-on workshops will allow your child to understand the chemistry of food at a molecular level and learn the rules of spherification, crystallization and extraction.
